Background
In 2019, REC Philly was in the process of expanding into their brand new flagship location at 9th and Market in Center City Philadelphia. To compliment their brand new physical space, they were in need of a redesigned website to showcase the services and amenities found in the 10,000 square foot creative facility, and allow leads to book a tour of the space, RSVP to events, and sign up for membership
My Role
I was in charge of the design, development, and continued management of the website and supporting web properties, such as landing pages and blog posts. I worked with our graphic designer and creative director to compile all of our brand guidelines, and partnered with our photo-videographer to collect engaging content of our space and our community of members. I used these assets as the basis of building a robust website showcasing our unique story, wide variety of offerings, and vision for the future of the company. Additionally, redesigned our Agency website, which showcased the B2B projects that were executed by REC and Philadelphia businesses.
Solution
I designed and implemented a modern, responsive design through Wordpress that showcased our 14 individual studios, equipment offerings, brand partnerships, and allowed leads to book a tour of the facility or directly sign up for the membership program. The site was designed with SEO and accessibility best practices in mind, and was integrated with Google Analytics, Facebook Business, HubSpot, and our web app.
