REC Philly
At REC, I played a pivotal role in driving the company's technology infrastructure during its expansion to Center City, while also navigating the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. I wore many hats and was the go-to person for all digital needs and questions, and utilized my creative problem-solving skills to ideate streamlined solutions while staying within budget. I designed, developed, and maintained the company website, landing pages, blog through Wordpress. I also managed the digital marketing campaigns, Google Analytics, HubSpot CRM account, and the business automation tools that connected it all. Additionally, I was the project manager for the internal content creators, building out a robust ticketing system within Google Workspace and ensuring the completion of graphic, photo, and video projects for use on the website and social media.

Hero Digital
In my role at Hero Digital, I served as a key member of the Digital Production team, spearheading the management of diverse web projects for multiple clients. Collaborating closely with a talented group of designers and developers, I led the creation of templates and componentry libraries within AEM that adhered to brand guidelines and maintained quality standards, and successfully built web pages that delivered seamless and engaging user experiences. I took charge of writing comprehensive naming conventions, establishing effective taxonomy, and meticulously mapping content to ensure the smooth execution of site migrations, resulting in a a well-structured Sites and Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. While conducting QA throughout the project, I used my findings to write technical documentation for internal team use, as well as for client-facing authoring guides. I consistently sought to enhance authoring workflows, working closely with the team to optimize ticket layouts and eliminate pain points, streamlining the overall production process.
Related Projects:
As the Technical Web Manager for Twitter Business, I was instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and performance of the company's website within AEM, as well as supporting technologies for A/B testing and analytics. Working closely with a team of talented engineers, designers, and marketing professionals, my primary project was to develop and implement strategies for improving SOP's and updating the componentry system within Adobe Experience Manager. I conducted an audit of the Twitter Business site and identified orphan and redundant pages, as well as pages with broken componentry, content, or metadata errors. I was able to lay the ground work for the migration of the Twitter Business site to the most-recent template and componentry library, both circumventing the need to debug depreciated componentry while giving the site a modern selection of components with up-to-date brand styles. I also oversaw the relationship with the IT team and Jira instance, while migrating all Marketing team tickets to the newly created ClickUp instance. My leadership and technical expertise helped to streamline processes and enhance collaboration among team members, ultimately improving the performance of the team and the quality of the site.
